New York Knicks Brutally Ripped Apart by Charles Barkley After Game 2 Win Vs. Pacers: ‘Y’all Ain’t That Good’
Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

The New York Knicks survived another thriller in Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night. After a hard-fought battle, the Knicks secured a 130-121 victory over the Indiana Pacers, en route to taking a 2-0 series lead.

While the rest of the basketball world has been celebrating New York’s crucial victory, Hall of Famer Charles Barkley has decided to savagely rain on their parade.

New York Knicks News: Charles Barkley Is Not Impressed

Speaking on NBA on TNT’s Game 2 broadcast, Barkley made his feelings about New York abundantly clear. Apparently, Chuck strongly believes that the Knicks have widely overestimated themselves:

“Y’all think y’all the greatest thing since sliced bread. Y’all ain’t that good in New York,” he said. “Y’all overrated.”

As you may have gathered, Barkley is not exactly a fan of the Knicks and their success.

Barkley also said that while he supposedly doesn’t care who wins this series, he “would love to see (the Knicks) get they a** stomped by the Celtics.”

Despite losing both Games 1 and 2 in New York, though, you can be sure that Tyrese Haliburton and Co. will do everything in their power to still come out of this series and get an opportunity to get their “a** stomped” by the mighty Celtics — assuming, of course, that Boston is able to get past the Cleveland Cavaliers in their second-round series matchup.
